OUTSIDE SERVICES ATTENDANTS

POSITION SUMMARY

Outside Service Attendants are our front line of customer service. Greeting Members and Guests, cart preparation/delivery, servicing/stocking the driving range and tournament preparation/execution are all key responsibilities. The Outside Services Attendant is often the first and last point of contact with our golfers and has the added responsibility of delivering a customer service experience that is both enjoyable and memorable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for greeting our Members and Guests
• Loading and unloading clubs from vehicles
• Delivering carts
• Washing, detailing and charging carts
• Servicing/stocking the driving range
• Upkeep of bag storage area
• Upkeep of the cart bay
• Tournament preparation and execution

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engaging individual who understands customer service
• Team player who relies on others and can be relied upon
• Must possess a valid G2 or G drivers licence
• Be fully flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Completion of grade 11 or higher preferred
• Quality interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constantly
