POSITION SUMMARY

The Pulpit Club is seeking a visually-driven, story-focused Digital Content & Media Associate for the 2026 season. This is more than a social media role; it’s an opportunity to shape the digital identity of one of Canada's most exclusive private golf clubs.

Working as a member of the Marketing Team, you will act as the Club’s "on-the-ground" creator, capturing the high-stakes energy of tournaments, the serene luxury of our wellness amenities, and the premium lifestyle that defines the Member experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Mission (What You’ll Do)
• Elevated Visual Storytelling: Lead the capture of high-end photography and cinematic short-form video (Reels). You’ll balance professional mirrorless camera work with agile iPhone capture to ensure our feed feels both polished and "in the moment."
• Post-Production & Brand Design: Transform raw assets into thumb-stopping digital content. Beyond social media, you will design physical assets including menus, event flyers, and club signage. You must ensure every document maintains a consistent, "quiet luxury" aesthetic that aligns with our brand standards.
• Precision & Detail: We operate in a high-touch luxury environment where accuracy is paramount. You must be highly detail-oriented with an eagle eye for proofing, ensuring all print and digital communications are free of errors before they reach the Membership.
• Strategic Growth & Management: Beyond just posting, you will own the "game plan." You’ll manage daily engagement, plan visual grids, and implement strategies specifically designed to grow our following and deepen Member connection.
• Copywriting with Voice: Draft compelling, "approachable yet professional" copy for social, Member newsletters, and internal campaigns.
• Analytics & Optimization: Use Hootsuite and Meta Insights to track what works. You’ll provide monthly reports that don't just show numbers, but offer creative solutions to improve engagement.
• On-Site Event Coverage: Act as a "behind-the-scenes" creator for major Club events. You’ll collaborate with the team to ensure our channels have real-time updates and high-quality live capture.

Who You Are (Required Skills)
• The Gear: You are comfortable toggling between a DSLR/Mirrorless setup and an iPhone. You understand lighting, composition, and how to shoot for a luxury brand.
• The Tech: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom), Canva, and AI workflows (ChatGPT/Gemini) to expedite creative output.
• The Trend-Watcher: You don’t just follow trends; you know how to adapt them for a private club environment without losing the brand’s "quiet luxury" feel.
• The Professional: You are organized, proactive, and comfortable interacting with a high-net-worth Membership.
• Bonus: A background in golf, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle marketing is a significant asset.
